Pictured Rocks lakeshore and camping at Tahquamenon Falls

Reading in the morning while we packed the car to go see the pictured rocks lakeshore.
picnic lunch
Maeve being brave about getting stung. Cranky. But brave.
Everyone was more cheerful by the time we got to the falls.
Making rock cairns

Lake Superior is so beautiful!

The stinker knocked the cairn over that I was trying to photograph.
Little pink riding hood wanted me to carry her but I convinced her to skip through the woods like Little Red Riding Hood on her way to grandmothers.  It worked.

On the top of the Log Slide

Kent and Patrick went down and up the log slide.  Maeve, and I waited at the top.

Maeve was chilly so she wore my sweatshirt over her sweatshirt

Helping daddy set up the tent at Taquamenon falls State Park
Just relaxing at the campsite.
Look at those eyes!
Camp nachos!
Maevey waiting for some nachos
It's annoying when the sun and the campfire smoke get in your eyes at the same time. It makes a good picture though.
These were yummy but kind of hard to get off of the fire.  Patrick ended up burning his finger. He then got a sliver in the burn the next day. Poor Patrick.
Yum!
Kent had a turkey sandwich too.  he loved that cracked pepper turkey.
Playing Frisbee.
I thought this campfire pic was kind of cool looking...
